Falling Acorn is a paper and story brand built on a simple belief: personal stories are worth treasuring, and fictional stories are more meaningful when you can step inside them.
We create journals, paper products, and story-led experiences designed to help people connect more deeply with stories.
Sometimes those are the stories we read.
Sometimes they are the stories we are living ourselves: the books we loved, the people we celebrate, the traditions we return to, the notes we keep, and the moments we do not want to forget.

Stories become more meaningful when we have a way to participate in them, record them, and return to them.
How Falling Acorn began
Falling Acorn grew from a love of books, paper, and creating experiences for people I care about.
I wanted a better way to document the books I had read and the ones I still hoped to read. That idea eventually became My Booket List™, a guided reading journal designed to capture the story of your reading life.
I have also always loved creating Advent experiences for my nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Planning the clues, small surprises, stories, and anticipation became one of my favorite parts of the holiday season.
Eventually, I started wondering why that feeling had to belong only to December.
Why couldn't we create that same sense of anticipation and discovery around a birthday, a celebration, an ordinary weekend, or simply a story worth following?
That question opened the door to a much bigger idea for Falling Acorn: stories you don't just read, but experience.
Stories you can enter
The Secret Pages is our interactive story series, created around the idea that a story can unfold over time and invite you to become part of it.
These experiences may combine chapters, hidden details, puzzles, images, video, digital reveals, and other elements that reward curiosity.
You may notice something, write something down, decode a message, follow a clue, make a connection, or discover that something you saw earlier meant more than you realized.
The goal is not to turn every story into a game.
It is to make the experience of following a story feel richer, more surprising, and more memorable.
The first pilot is The Secret Pages: Autumn Edition, a free five-day interactive story experience designed to introduce the format and help us learn how readers want to participate.
Adventures you bring to life
We are also developing Falling Acorn Adventures, story-led experiences designed to unfold in the real world.
Think clues hidden around the house, envelopes waiting to be opened, discoveries made one step at a time, and stories created for birthdays, celebrations, gifts, or simply the fun of giving someone an adventure.
The first experiences will be simple and free as we learn what makes them most enjoyable. Over time, we hope to make some Adventures personal enough to feel as though the story was created just for the person receiving it.
What we're building
Our focus is on creating original journals, paper products, and story-led experiences rather than building a large catalog of things.
Some will be physical. Some will be digital. Some are for writing. Others are for reading, solving, discovering, or remembering.
What connects them is participation.
We want to make things people use, experience, return to, and keep.
